All fees paid to Indian Metro Institute are strictly governed by this Refund Policy. By enrolling in any program, the student agrees to these terms.
Non-Refundable Fees
All fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

No Refund Conditions
- Non-attendance or failure to join the course
- Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation
- Personal, medical, or financial reasons
- Dissatisfaction with course or services
- Failure to secure job or placement
- Change of mind after admission
Self Study / Distance Learning
Fees paid under Self Study / Distance Learning Mode are strictly non-refundable. Students acknowledge that no regular classes will be conducted under such modes.
Administrative Framework
All academic and administrative processes are governed under Proxiva Council of Management and Technology.
Running Batch Cases
Students joining an ongoing batch are not eligible for any refund or adjustment. Course duration differences due to late joining shall not be considered for refund.
Cancellation by Institute
In rare cases where a program is cancelled, the Institute may provide an alternative course or decide on partial/full refund at its sole discretion.
No Transfer / Adjustment
Fees cannot be transferred to another student, course, or batch. No adjustment or carry-forward is allowed.
Payment Disputes
Any payment dispute raised after admission will not be considered. Students agree not to initiate chargebacks without Institute approval.
Administrative Charges
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, administrative deductions may apply.
Final Decision Authority
The final decision regarding refund matters rests solely with the Institute management.
